Ordered online, the waffles were so-so. The chocolate covered strawberries were a let down. I ordered 10, received 8. And they were unwashed.The leaves were dirty, the strawberries themselves had sediment. Totally gross.

The worst desert parlour . Bunch of 3 guys not having a clue of how to run the place . Hashim specially with the worst customer service. Toilets don’t work in this place . And definitely not family friendly. Complete run down place . Also to add they only accept cash . No card payment accepted.

Awful customer service. Why? There wasn't any. Staff have changed since I last went there. Walked in with my family which felt like an inconvenience to guy working there.. No hello or simple simle.. had to get up to get our own menus. 2 stars because desserts were nice

I came here when it was very busy but they were able to give my food within 5 minutes. Also, they allowed me to make any changes to my order. The staff took great care of us by providing anything that we needed. Overall, the service was great. The waffle itself was very scrumptious with various toppings and tasty ice cream.I would definitely come here again for the great food and service.
The ice cream tastes very bad, There is a test in the ice cream that makes you realise there is not a single natural ingredient in it, Feel artificial, industrial mass-produced, a tone of sugar, unnatural colour etc….. shame on this business that dares to serve such a low-quality product to the public.

"Disappointed with my experience at "Afters" Ice Cream Parlour. Despite arriving almost an hour before the closing time, we were not allowed to dine in and enjoy our treats. Instead they suggested for a take away. The staff was unaccommodating and unwilling to make any exceptions, even for loyal customers. I've seen other parlours accepting the dine in orders even till 20 mins before the closing. I expected better customer service and a more relaxed atmosphere. Since it already happened twice for us, will not be returning anymore."
