Got locked in one of the toilets and had to break myself out, getting my hand and knee injured. When reported to staff, I got the ohh sorry excuse, no concern for my well-being and no urgency to go and check/ put a notice out like I've asked them to do so it doesn't happen to others. I know some things can't be avoided however how you react to this situation can be improved

Not one of the best All Bar One bars I've been to - was quite chaotic and very messy with lots of uncleaned glasses on tables. The bar was also quite slow. The food is overpriced and the venue itself is a bit tired. I'd go to the Arcade food court for a couple of drinks/food for a better experience.

Pre drinks here with the colleagues before our main company event. As it usually is at around 4pm, this place is jam packed. But the cocktails are delicious (albeit you might want to consider ordering 3 rounds in advance) and the atmosphere is great.

Stopped here for lunch before seeing a show and we had an amazing meal. Staff were super friendly, service was faultless - we ordered from the table on the app and everything delivered to us. Food was superb, fresh, hot and really tasty. So pleased we stopped here - was actually the first place that we saw as we stepped off tube and out of the station - so pleased we did.

We were traveling from the US, so our data connection on our phone wasn't good. We were told to order at our table on our devices or order at the bar. Since we couldn't use our phones, we decided to walk up to the bar. The bartenders were so busy, not only were they taking orders, taking payment and making the drinks. I stood there for 10 minutes with no one free to take my order. So we left.
