I stopped by this gelato place while passing by and it was delicious.Ordering is done through a kiosk.Even if you order a small single, you can choose from up to 4 flavors.I ordered a cupIf you order a cone, the gelato will be made like a flower.So it takes some time.The store is small, so it's mostly takeout.The gelato is very chewy and delicious!

The selection of gelato and ease of ordering on screens was great. We went to Ben and Jerry's the previous day and gelato has a much nicer flavour. Choose this over ice cream. The only thing is when people serve you without saying thanks, hi, etc it makes it a little awkward.

Not a bad gelato stand. Very simple infrastructure. Service is a little strange and a bit slow, but the output is of good at a reasonable price for quality. Not a destination, but not a bad choice if in area.

Been to many branches but very disappointed on this branch. Staff who served can not make a proper scoop. Badly presented ice cream cups n ice cream was already melted. I will not go back to this branch. Parking big issue. All double yellow or just for taxis. £4.90 for a small cup n system did not give receipt also. Spent nearly £20 (just wasted). Staff got no idea how to give take away 4 cups n how to carry them away. Westfield branch always have a great presentation n at least knows how to make a scoop. Staff needs training here as that’s the critical part.
