I'm sorry if that sounds childish to anyone or anything. But I really have to say that the chicken burger was by far the best burger in the world that I have ever eaten. This chicken is indescribable, it feels like it tastes the same in every other restaurant. But with this one I tasted something new for the first time, it was crispy and just as delicious. I loved every single bite, I came here from Germany for a short vacation. If I have to, I'll take a special flight here next time just to eat this burger again. Really a 10/10. ?❤️Of course I have to praise the ambience and the service. I'm serious, people here know how to get a customer. ?

We ate twice during our stay in London and afterwards we regretted not having been there more often.The atmosphere is quite noisy and busy but the service is friendly and attentive. And above all: the food was excellent! The grilled rib eye steak and tuna steak were truly sublime!
Great service - staff were fantastic. They made us feel at home. The food was amazing. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at the hotel, and we thought it would be a good alternative after the trip, (mistake)We are tourists (we don't have a very good level of English) well this is the place by far where they have bothered the least to help us, slow service, not to mention that it is the only place in all of London where they have charged us 12.5% more in the bill for the servicevery disappointing and not recommended

First of all I have to say that the expectations for us were very good, I returned to this restaurant because I had a good time last time. I'm sorry but this time our experience was bad, the menu make me go back to the old 90's , service this time poor a frustrated waiter with his jacket he tried to serve everyone badly. MOUSES running on the floor from one side of the restaurant to the other I guess in the kitchen there will be mouse races. Fully disappointed!

I’ve had a wonderful night at atrio bar the girls who served me Morgan and Kayla made sure we were all okay and got everything we needed. The bartender JOEL has been magnificent with the cocktails and he is a great asset to the hotel, he has good conversation skills .
