“I love this Japanese grilled restaurant. The food is very nice with decent price. We ordered a set for 5 (actually got 6 of us) and it feeds everyone of us nice and full. I also love how it designed the set menus where everything is included, for snacks, sides, mains included. The price is very decent and like everything. It is usually full especially during weekends, so make sure you book yourself a table a week before you visit there. I highly recommended this restaurant!”

“i was walking by and kind of hungry so stopped to get a haloumi wrap to go. it came with falafels, hummus, tahini, and some really fresh salad. Service was quick and the wrap was really tasty. There were quite a few folks sitting in the cafe and all of their meals looked delicious. Stop by for a quick casual meal!”

“The mix grill and potatoes are amazing. I love the smokiness of the meats and the flavour and texture of the potatoes. The cabbage salad and pierogies are also really good.”

“Sirloin steak was really nice with peppercorn sauce which Id definitely recommend however the starters were pretty small for the price. It’s a good place as it is halal but for the price its not the best.”

“Being that Dalston is the centre of Cool ...it can be sometimes so cool that the places to be seen ,can be a little tricky to find ...and Acme Fire Cult is therefore a perfect fit....down a small alley from the edgy Kingsland Rd , the AFC can be for found - an uber trendy eaterie. Have to say apart from having to share a table outside, the food was delicious. Different in style but served with charm and good humour from the very engaging staff. The music was at a hipster level 10 ...which, to be honest, took away from the dining experience. That said , book early as this "secret" is already out there!”

“I study at kcl and come at least twice a week. The food here has always maintained high quality, and I used to bring my friends to eat together, and they also enjoyed it very much. I will continue to patronize this store as long as we are still in the UK.”

“£13 for a hefty serving of jerk chicken, rice, and plantain that two people can share. Incredible hot sauce, and what a smokey chicken, as its name says. Clean place to dine in, but not quite spacious. Friendly service, the lovely lady gave us the additional hot sauce whenever we asked. There’s a lunch set menu for only £5 or 6 if I’m not mistaken.”

“This is a lovely place to have your birthday. They sat me at a lovely table in front of the band, brought a complimentary dessert at the end. Was very lovely. Would highly recommend and the food especially the lobster was succulent and delicious as usual. One of the best lobster places in London.”
