Absolutely disgraceful rude staff today. I asked for 2 scoops in 1 tub and they charged me for two single scoops for more money and then tried to deny the fact I asked for two scoops in one tub. They insisted I said the opposite and then smirked about it and tried to tell me the customer I was lying. Disrespectful and rude and conning me for a couple quid Is pathetic. Stay away they don't also where gloves. Hygiene is low.

This place is great for dessert. The service here is amazing, the lady at the front door is so kind, as she smiled at me while walking in. The ice cream tastes delicious. The ice cream flavour I got was mango if you were wondering.

Bought pistachio ice-cream and mint-chocolate. Went just outside shop to eat, and started with my favourite - the pistachio, yet noticed after eating most of it that the nuts was almonds!Went back to complain and asked for refund and was denied because I ate most of it. I was then told that it's a "pistachio almond". To me it's either or. Not both! Otherwise label as such hence this low rating. Not going back

It's undeniably popular, but that also means it's often busy, and parking can be a challenge.However, I can't ignore the downsides. The ice cream is quite expensive, and the seating area is uncomfortable and could use a refurbishment. Despite these drawbacks, if you're looking for a place to sit down and enjoy your ice cream, it's still a decent option. I hope they consider improving the ambiance and pricing to make it an even better experience for customers.
