Horrible experience. We paid 70£ for a tasteless carbonara and the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. The food took ages to arrive and the waiters were a mess, specially the manager who was not very nice, and couldn’t control the laziness of the rest of the staff. This is a place you should avoid even if you can’t find anywhere else for dinner, it’s better not to eat than eat here.

We order the meatballs for starter, and a Lasagne and a Rigatoni Pepperoni - among two of us. With a beer and an Spritz we had trouble finishing the food - it was too much! We enjoyed our time a lot and was very comfortable with the service of the staff. The food was served fast and should highlight the friendliness of the staff.

Beautiful fresh fruit with soft toast and honey. Service was very friendly but I did get offered other meals before mine arrived :)

Best French toast I’ve ever had, great service, great price, coffee is amazing tooThere were 2 wasps but that’s not the restaurants fault

Walked to give it a try and what a treat! The food was great, the service was great, and we came back again and it was as good as day before! Edsoj was our server and he was great! Highly recommend it!

Lame place avoid it at all costs. The team is not professional and unskilled. Tasteless food, personnel saying rude things right behind the customers. Wouldn’t recommend eating at this place. The name is Italian yes, but the food is definitely not! AVOID

Absolutely to be avoided.-Aperol Spritz which looks like a Water Spritz.- Calamar invisible in the breading- Caesar salad without croutons, chicken not crispy.- Uncooked pizza dough.- table not well cleaned. Not worthy of a restaurant that cooks Italian.

We waited for around 5 mins at the check in point before being acknowledged, despite having a booking and being the only people in the line, which was a little annoying. The quality of the food was as mediocre as expected (standard large restaurant chain microwave options), and the set menu pizzas are definitely smaller in size than the regular. It definitely was not good value for money, cost and quality wise.We did have to ask to be served food and drinks after being seated for around 20 mins, but our server was nice and friendly. The staff all seemed decent, but I think they assume you will order using the app, and forgot to check in on this occasion. There were a fair few loud children, so would probably be good spot for families, but better avoided if you want something quieter.

Went here on Friday 7 July as a party of 6. What started off as a nice experience with our order went downhill quickly. Delays in waiting, mixup of one breakfast. We brought it to the attention of a server and she said it would be sorted as soon as possible. It wasn’t and we asked again. She got a tad irate at being questioned and replied that the kitchen was very busy and that our one breakfast order had just gone in. I corrected her and said that no, it originally went in with the group order. Said group was now finished bar one. It finally came out. No apology. We also ordered two orange juices (freshly squeezed) and both were clearly from a carton. When paying for two of the group, I mentioned this to the cashier. She responded with a throwaway comment of “I don’t create these menus” which I thought was rude. She did take orange juice off the bill which I thanked her for. The remaining 4 paid and after payment discovered that the “lost” breakfast was charged twice!! Brought it to staff attention and were left waiting 10 minutes. It was refunded, but as they left the cashier loudly said our family were the rudest and she was glad we were gone. We were not rude. We asked nicely, were patient and we were treated badly. No training there whatsoever and absolutely no accountability. I recommend not to dine here. Ever………

Pizza pepperoni was totally oily, the vine was terrible - the glas wasnt polished. Didn't finish both. Only good thing, sitting outside on a nice sunny day. Staff service is ok, while I would say they could have more a look after the guest outside.

We absolutly liked the friendly staff, but the pizza was unfortunatley dry and bland, the salad came with just a minimum drop of dressing. So it was alltogether quite disappointing.

Really nice restaurant. We really enjoyed the pasta as it was very well cooked and the variety was nice. The desserts we chose were not perfect. But I recommended this restaurant if you are around Paddington station, it is across the street from it more or less.Service was friendly, but we had to go find them a couple times to get our order.Price wise is not bad, especially if you have the Taste Card.We were charged the optional service fee which I didn’t like because they didn’t ask.

Friendly straff and fairly quick service. Easy to get a table on a Thursday. The seafood dish was very salty but the risotto was excellent.

We thought this place looked good, and while the location, service/staff, and atmosphere was great, the food was SO bad that it deserves 1 star. The pizza looked generic, and tasted oily, basic, and had no flavor. Seems like one of the horrible chain places you find in Leicester Square and other places in London like this location.

Really bland, basic pizza. Nothing authentic at all. Salad was iceberg lettuce with a couple of cherry tomatoes. No flavour, no dressing. Staff were pleasant. That’s the only positive. Bad Italian food.
