We had a reservation for 31 December. Everything was perfect. The food we ordered came very quickly and it was very delicious. The atmosphere was very cosy and the team was very kind. We would definitely come back to Bella Italia.

I took my wife and mother to the restaurant prior to our theatre outing. I was a little apprehensive at first due to it being in the heart of theatreland in and around Covent Garden and thought it may be overly busy. Well, it was busy and the staff handled it with absolute professionalism. We arrived a little early but that didn't matter as they were able to accommodate us and despite how busy they were, the service was excellent, the manner of the waiting staff was superb and the food was equally superb when served. After leaving, we were halfway to the theatre when we realised that my mother had left her handbag there and when I returned, they had safely held it in a cupboard. I will be returning in the future and recommend this restaurant very much.

Should have read reviews before hand , pizza just ok would have been better at Pizza Hut . Service not the best starting clearing us while some still eating . Wouldn’t return .

The only thing we liked here was the food .... the waiter was doing his best to not look you in the face and be rude..... Didn't like the atmosphere at all, although from the outside it looked so inviting ☹️

I've been coming here for years. Delicious food and nice service for a good price!We had dinner there this week just before a theater performance, and in our haste I left my phone on the table, called at the end of the evening and they had neatly left it behind. Great guys, thanks 1000 times!!
Fantastic and quick service. Emre was very helpful and recommended the lasagne which was 100% worth it! The brownie and cookie dough for dessert were also amazing mixed together. Definitely back again! Thanks Emre!

Food was as expected but the service was poor. Our server turned three tables start to finish in the time it took just get our dessert. Arrogant and lazy, sorry. And tried to add the service charge afterwards when should've been offering a discount instead.

The food was served hot and was really good. I recommend visiting this place for pizza and pasta dishes. It was quite busy when we were there so might be worth calling ahead to make a booking ??
