Lovely place next to Television Centre. Service was efficient and friendly. Choice of wines was good and at a reasonable price. The menu choices are fairly wide, including small plates. Someone that was with us was gluten intolerant and they catered for her well. I had the fish and chips which was a reasonable £18 , which is cheap for this part of West London. The fish was excellent. Nice crispy batter. Skin had been left on the fish which is normal for this part of the world, but not particularly to my taste. The tartare sauce was home made. Minty pea puree was lovely too. The chips were skin on fries. They were not great to be honest and some were overdone so let the meal down a bit. Very similar to Aldi's skin on fries. However, lovely place and very clean so I would visit again.

Very nice cosy place. We went there for my daughter's birthday treat and we enjoyed it a lot. The cocktails were amazing, looking very delicious and the food portions were big. The overall experience was very pleasant.

I hadnt visited this restaurant in a while and a lunch booking was made for some business partners. One of the guests had a nut allergy and made the waitress aware during the order. Shockingly the salad ordered was scattered with nuts! This could've caused a life threatening reaction. A salad without nuts was very quickly brought to the table. This type of risk should be mitigated. Whilst the issue was addressed the reaction of staff caused needless attention which made my colleague feel uncomfortable. Please do better Bluebird cafe! The Teriyaki chicken skewers were disappointing. Everyone else was happy with their order.

Nice place, food was good, and staff good. A bit overpriced but, what you would expect from where its located. A large wine is served as a 175ml. I remember that being for a small and 250ml a large but, hey ho. Booking a table for a group is so much red tape to go thru before you can get a confirmation. £20.00 deposit for each person. You have to sign a contract plus fill in so many questions which was irrelevant and your address which I refuse too. So much palava for what? We were the only ones in the restaurant on a Friday evening. The bar closed at 9.30 which came as a shock so early. We would have loved to have stayed longer for drinks after some of the group had left but, was unable too. We were out by 10am. When I got home I looked up the closing time and it stated 12am. I was not very happy. As a group and all ex colleagues we meet up once a month for dinner. I will not return to this restaurant because of the red tape and believe the staff couldn't be bothered to continue to be of service to us so closed the bar early.

Good cafe, we had calamari, flat iron steak, brocoli and cheese burger. All were cooked to our liking and was tasty! Staff are lovely and funny and it is a nice indoor outdoor vibe.

We needed a bite to eat after a football match at Loftus Road. The place was fine, however, there was no dip for the fries...BUT the cheeseburger was really good

Visited on a Monday evening. We had booked a table but the waiter who greeted us didn’t seem sure we were actually booked in which was a worry as we had paid a deposit. Service was initially slow (we were one of 3 tables). Starters when they arrived were delicious, best Chicken Satay I’ve probably eaten. Mains took a long time to come out. Chicken Milanese was very dry so we asked for sauces - they took a good 10 mins to arrive. When we finished we asked to move outside so settled our bill and took drinks outside. Asked for an ashtray for the smokers - would probably still be waiting now if we had not got one ourselves. Waiter said he forgot as he was busy (literally 3 tables outside). Then when we were leaving waiter insisted we had a bill to pay which we did not. Shame as the place is beautiful and some of the food is great. Only person who seemed to know what they were doing was the duty manager and guy behind the bar.

I have visited Bluebird mainly for drinks plenty of times before as I live locally, but today the service was definitely one of the best I’ve had in London in a while. I was greeted with a genuine smile and the gentleman who served me was very professional and very kindly spent time having a lovely chat with me even thought they were closing! I really appreciated that and I hope to try their food sometime soon.

Lovely place and desert and drinks are great. Unfortunately they forgot one of our orders. Once we alerted staff it was rectified.

i got a black americano. it was one of the worst coffees i've ever had, both watery and bitter. barely tasted of coffee.absolutely the grimmest surroundings possible too. leave! it's 10 minutes walk to shepherds bush, a real place with real food and drink sold by establishments where the workers care what they're selling because they're not just toiling a mcjob for some VC gremlins who are scraping profit out of the graveyard of the BBC

Ok first of all they need to have a sit down with waiters/managers and train them up on how to deal with customers, if you go to any "nice" restaurants you will find that waiting staff are polite and professional. These are not I felt disgusted at the service so much that I almost spat my food out and left . I hadn't had time to finish my food as I flew and landed and had 10 minutes to grab a bite before filming it was horrible. Worst food I had maybe need to ask Gordon to pay them a visit..Please sort it out or else your ratings will surely be poorly.

Can't fault our visit x booked a table on line indoors but due to excellent weather manager had reserved us a lovely table outside ... service by manager and staff was excellent as was food and wine ... I don't normally leave reviews but read some negative ones which I don't think are deserved ... all positive from us ... lovely relaxed area too ?
