I had the ackee and saltfish with a dumpling. It cost £12.The flavour was good and the was plenty of ackee and saltfish in the food and the flavours were good, however it was far too salty for my taste. The dumping was perfect, but i could only eat half of the main meal because of the saltiness. I'm not sure they rinsed any of the salt out of the salt fish, it was like eating a mouthful of salt.

I got a takeaway, i was pleasantly supprised as i was greeted by a lovely trini lady at the spitfield Market. Sadly most Caribbean places im lucky if i get a welcoming greeting, which is why i stopped going to Caribbean food places.but im glad i went .The food was amazing!! Service with a SMILE made me definitely want to go back! thank you to the lovely server 21.3.24 spitfield market.

I went to the Spitalfields branch. The mac and cheese was a bit mushy, and tasted really sweet. Like there was too much cinnamon or sugar added in the recipe. So it honestly tasted more like a dessert, and I found it hard to eat. And curry mutton was okay, at least the meat was soft, but the flavours wasn't impressive. The portions are good though..

Loved this place! The atmosphere and food, the best I've tasted yet! The staff were welcoming and the prices were reasonable! I expected to pay more so it was a nice surprise. Would definitely visit again when down South. Wish they had a restaurant in Manchester!

Incredible place! Wanted to eat some Jamaican food before leaving home to Germany. Vegetable curry was gone but I was cooked a very delicious vegetable dish with rice and peas and plantains. Also couldn’t resist the delicious pineapple punch. Thank you for making this very memorable!

I had the mutton curry with hot sauce and it was delicious. Anyone who likes traditional Caribbean food should try here. Warren (one of the owners) was super friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend!

Been here a few times when visiting London and in the area. There are lots of Caribbean restaurants around london but this place just gets it right with the flavours! Tastes like proper home made food.Curry chicken and curry goat are my favourite dishes here.

Visited: lunchtime, Thursday December 21, 2023.Second time here and, as experienced, their jerk chicken was absolutely fab.Awarding 4 stars out of 5 simply because the serving was just two pieces of chicken on a (huge, too huge) bed of rice: three pieces of meat would have granted the fifth star.

Ordered beef pattie and fried chicken. Both delicious. Highly recommended.
