I have ordered on deliveroo, only a drink came and not my panini’s, said the “boss” was bringing them and never came. Took an hour to bring a coffee. Highly unprofessional and clearly do not care about their customers, would give a zero and don’t know how they are aloud to be open to public.

I went there and order a takeaway meal, the server gave me my burger without any napkins and bags, when I asked may I he gave me a very tiny one, then I asked him if I could have another one because the burger was with sauce. Then suddenly one of the staff started laughing at me why I asked for two napkins, they’re very unprofessional and behave like you begging them for free food. The I left the place they kept staring at me in a very rude way. Very disappointed! Nuk boheni njerez asnjehere. Turp!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 big daddy breakfasts but what came in the box seemed like it was someone’s left overs. Only a handful of chips, sausages undercooked and don’t even get me started on the “grilled tomato”. You can get bigger breakfasts for half the price these scammers are charging. These people don’t care what they’re serving to their customers and have no passion for their business. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT ORDER.

Gone mega downhill. You can't tell if it's a cab office, cafe or a warehouse! It's a jack of all trades outlet, master of none. You cannot describe this place as to what it is. It runs 2 additional dark kitchens as well as desserts. It's just a mess. Need to concentrate on one type of cuisine and do it well.

Wish I never went.Dismal. Dingy. Worn.So we visited on basis of the pictures that we saw on their website. Very misleading.The breakfast was not tasty at all. Everything was just lumped together. Very bland. It honestly felt like the Cafe used the lowest of low in terms of product.One of the people who prepare food behind the counter. She came in from outside (by this time we were in the Cafe for about 15 mins or so), didn't wash her hands at all and started preparing food! And then, the main person behind the counter decided to eat a bit of salad off of a plate with his bare fingers and re topped it up with more salad. At no point did he think to wash his hands. Alot of handling food items without washing or using gloves.Not happy and definitely will not be going again.

Went here to eat as my local was closed, the egg was clearly cooked way beforehand and everything on the plate came cold apart from the beans. You know it isn’t fresh when your breakfast comes out within 5 minutes…
