Disappointing experience st this restaurant. The staff were fairly cheerful but the service was very slow and the food offering was only average despite the high prices charged. I ordered the fish and chips and that is all I got - no peas, no salad and slightly overcooked very thin fries, which I would not describe as chips. There was nothing stand out about this dish but it cost £22.95. I ordered a Bacardi and coke and was brought a cognac by mistake and my brother ordered a pint of beer but was twice given a short measure - clearly less than a pint and he had to ask for his drink to be filled to the top of the glass. I would say we waited around 25 minutes for our drinks after we ordered them. All of the service was slow except when we asked for the bill which arrived immediately. Included in our bill was an automatic 12.5 per cent service charge which we definitely not have given if it hadn't been more trouble than it was worth to dispute it. We regularly eat in London but felt that the prices at this rather tired looking restaurant were rather inflated, especially given the very average food offering.

Disgusting behavior of manager! Use to go there very often and always happy with the service,!! But today i am beyond disappointed. Waited more than one hour with an empty table for the food and drinks to come. Went there to celebrate my anniversary with my husband, 6 months baby and 2 year son.... The waitress serving us was an amazing girl and she genuinely felt bad for us waiting there with an empty table so she went and filled two glasses of tap water and brought it to us together with two macaroons for my toddler who was now hungry and not happy. Anyway they brought us drinks and chips after around one hour and we thought thats it finally...but no... another 20 min and the manager passed by us and said sorry guys food is coming.. i Said to her please if the food has not even started please let us know so we can go because my toddler now was really fussy and hungry..she said : IF YOU WANT TO GO, GO THEN, its ok... i said no we dont Want to go because we did not came here to wait one hour 20 min for some tap water.. then she went and brought our pastas thrown in the plate just like that.. we ate in a hurry with two overtired kids, paid and went home... DISGUSTING !! But Really thank you to our waiters.. she was amazing ..she also gave us macaroons for the kids when we left...these type of peoples make us us go back...!

I have been served by Mihaela and Cristian and have to say it was a very good experience as they were very nice and friendly. A very nice place will go back for sure.

Brilliant, taste, and flavours. They have sitting outside and inside as well. The pistachio latte was just perfect, and the macaroons completed it just perfectly. Service was very professional. Staff helped us to pick a good dessert.

Visited for brunch. We had Eggs Florentine and Eggs Benedict, both dishes had to go back as all eggs were hard boiled. Then when replacement dish came out, mine didn't have the hollandaise sauce. It wasn't busy, so no idea what was going on with the chef. The table next to us also complained as their food came out before their drinks. The coffees were nothing to shout about, food was fine when they finally got it correct. It is over priced. That evening I did become ill, leading to food poisoning on the Sunday, unsure if it was from the smoked salmon, but out of that or a vegetarian dinner Saturday night, I think the salmon is more likely. Will not be returning.

We have previously enjoyed delicious salads at another branch of Cafe Concerto, so had high expectations. Unfortunately these were not met. Apparently they had recently changed menus, but the meals we selected still had the same titles. The difference was a stark downgrading of the ingredients. A 'salt beef salad' was basically a whole packet of rocket with 3 tiny strips of pastrami, 1 fig chopped into 4 pieces, and 2 tiny cherry tomatoes, with the smallest hint of balsamic vinegar. This cost £25! We had a similar experience with the goat's cheese salad - half as much cheese, fig and pomegranate compared with the previous occasion we had eaten at a Cafe Concerto, and virtually no dressing, all bulked out with rocket leaves. Extremely disappointing.

For me It is a great place to meet a friend over afternoon tea , lunch or dinner I like the fact that the manager ( I forgot her name) is very present, atentive to details and extremely friendly . I prefer it to any other place at the mall because it is not so loud even at full capacity. Food is served very fast and tastes good. I saw reviews about the fact that is bit pricey and it is partially true, but they have menu on line and can be checked prior booking up the table as they have a variety of plates to choose from.
