A good cup of coffee uplifts your mood and keeping this in mind I decided to go to Nero. The coffee here was average with no aroma. I am a big fan of starbucks and nero proved that Starbucks indeed are the leaders.

Incredibly slow - 3 staff on duty both today evening and yesterday evening, yet none of them seemed interested in actually serving their customers or reducing the big queue forming! Waited far too long to get a coffee, which then made me late for my next meeting :/

Cashier, apparently a manager or supervisor, rude and sarcastic. Eating banana and getting paid. She was stupid and I ordered oat milk and gave me a cold hot chocolate. Very disappointed. Date 07/12/23 around 11:25.Also 3 off them talking and laughing because I forgot to mention was Oat milk. No professionalism.Dietary restrictions: Dairy intolerance, cow protein allergie

The food is incredibly disgusting and overrated. The chicken pasta was so terrible that I cannot describe it simply with words. The chicken is stone cold with no taste . The dressing for the pasta doesn’t match with it. The salted caramel pistachio creme frappe doesn’t taste like caramel. Instead, tastes like cough mixture. The coffee is up to standard and the staff is helpful and nice.I hope it will improve the food quality.

The woman working there last Saturday around 4:30 was very rude to my friend. He placed his order and she stopped and laughed slightly and huffed like it was a massive problem. Then did the same thing when handing him over the drink with a lot of attitude. He ordered a salted caramel frappe so we was both very confused on what the issue was.
