We ordered a myriad of foods and drinks. The staff were very patient with us and let us sit upstairs for a bit even though they wanted to close up. Thankyou!Vegetarian options: I had an egg mayo sandwich. It was very nice.

However, the drink she served me was only half-full, with excessive foam on the top.To address the situation, I politely approached the staff member who served me. I kindly explained that I had expected a whole coconut latte, as is standard practice in other coffee establishments. However, instead of addressing my concern professionally and courteously, the staff member became aggressive and dismissive of my complaint.As a customer, I believe in constructive feedback and ensuring that establishments maintain their quality and standards. It was disappointing to experience such an unprofessional response when bringing attention to an issue with my order.I value my experiences at Caffè Nero and have always appreciated the quality of your products. However, this incident has left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated with the service I received. I trust that you will address this matter appropriately and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue thoroughly and provide me with a response as soon as possible. Additionally, I kindly request that you take appropriate measures within your establishment to train your staff on customer service and handling complaints professionally and respectfulP.S.
