The rudest staff who have the worst attitude. Also had the cheek to take my drink order and not tell me they were training a staff member so waited over 10 minutes for an iced flat white and watched MULTIPLE people get served before me.Whoever manages this store your staff really don’t enjoy serving customers and should do better.

Good coffee bean taste, fast service, a little too fast. Barista seemed to be in a rushed mood but the coffee came out just fine. They might prioritize quantity over Quality considering there was no queue

You can only get a hot chai latte. There is no restroom so don't have too much to drink. My chai latte consisted mostly of milk and had very little flavor.

The rude lady who was working on her own there at 12:00pm on Wednesday 9th June ruined my experience. She demanded I wear a mask and even after telling her I was exempt, she continued to say I SHOULD be wearing one still. As if its any of her business to tell me to wear one.She then made my coffee with an annoyed demeanour. Very strange indeedDisappointing as usually the people are nice and normal

Caffé Nero is probably the best of the coffee chains available in the UK. They train the Batista's well and manage to make good coffee with a personal touch.

Great coffee and good food. It is close to some busy places and offices. The sandwich was tasty. I am a big fan of the latte. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a queue in the morning but worth it.
