Such a quirky place! Loved the vibe. The coffee and cakes are very nice. The young ladies do a good job of managing this wonderful place.

We had an excellent experience here. The prices were of fantastic value, a real surprise for us! We ordered two flavoured lattes, a hot chocolate and two apricot croissants for about £12! The coffee was hot, just enough bitter and had just enough syrup. The hot chocolate was lush! The apricot croissants are to die for! We enjoyed it that much we had a second drink! The two gentlemen who served us were so polite and happy to help in any way. The playlist that they had was so relaxing and enjoyable. We could have stopped there all afternoon if we could. Don't change a thing!

Yes its part of a chain, but wherever you go the coffee is uniformly excellent! I always stop here to recharge - and the pastries are brilliant too. Always fresh

We needed a sit down and some refreshments. Not drinking alcohol meant a cafe was the choice and this was ours. A nice cafe in a great location with lots of snacks and good quality coffee. We enjoyed our drinks and resting our feet from lots of walking.

One of the best coffee places we've been to in Europe.

Me and my daughter visited London and had fika a few times at Caffè Nero. It was very tasty and its easy to sit down, relax and rest your tired feet.

A usually reliable and friendly chain was let down today by a barista with attitude. All seemed ok until we changed our mind on one drink order. The attitude, behaviour and obvious anger shown in preparing this single change during the front facing customer service role was extremely rude and disappointing. It was however made up for by her helpful and friendly colleague who couldn’t have been more of an ambassador for the company.

Came in here when it wasn't busy Ordered 4 items, 2 Of which had to be Heated. After 15 minutes of waiting, Went and asked where One of the items was he laughed, and said he forgot
Last Sunday I went to Caffe Nero to buy a breakfast. When I was ready to pay I gave Ioannis a £10 note. He ripped money out of my hand in a very rude way.

Great coffee, some staff are lovely, others have very little idea of what's going on. Also there's a weird queuing system that means you need to know what you want as soon as you walk through the door

Popped into here for a quick drink & snack prior to a visit to Adelphi Theatre. 2 Americano's 2 sandwiches chocolate brownie, crisps & a juice drink came to approx £16 and all were perfectly acceptable for a snack. Service was quick and we were able to secure a window seat (always good for people watching!!!) As with all these fast food coffee chains they could do with an extra staff member to clean tables. One unisex and that was always always busy.
