Quiet place with good coffee for breakfast in Soho. Reasonable price. Pretty good sandwiches and sweets! We went on the first day and already repeated all the mornings. Soho is quiet in the mornings and we had no trouble finding a place to sit in the venue.

Quite crowded as this is quite a small and cramped location - recommend that you walk two blocks west to the Caffe Nero on Frith street, much nicer and faster service

Asked for an americano but she didn’t even use the coffee machine. Just put the powder in the cup and then put some hot water in

Got a coffee to go on the morning of the Chinese New Year parade, there was only one guy working and the queue was out the door. The guy working was a legend that morning, poor dude didn't stop once. Poor planning by management, but this guy was a hero! Got my coffee without missing the parade. Can't say the same for the queue out of the door behind me when I left

The Frappe latte tasted nice, though it was more like iced mocha rajmther than a frappe.

Long long long wait for food to be heated to be given to us

Worst chain coffee shop I've ever visited, staff absent or chatting, filthy dirty, cold paninis( not quite sure how you get a panini wrong) awful hot drinks, probably attributed to dirty coffee machines and the worst hot chocolate I've ever seen, walk past this one and find one somewhere
This is our base for breakfast in London. Never above a choice of local pastries and very good coffee. The downstairs room is magnificent. This is the best we found because it's a chain

Good but not the best coffee in London, average taste.

For about the first time, I was a little disappointed as I was given a chipped cup!

Dirty tablesIncorrect drink but the guy just seemed confused so I just gave upLuckily I don't have a Nero in my area so easy to avoid this place

Right next to Cambridge Circus on Charing Cross Road this Nero has a spacious basement seating area, a great place to meet and chat away from the business of the area. It's open late too. Toilets are on the ground floor where there is also some seating. There's no lift to the basement and a half spiral staircase down so not good for wheelchair users/buggys. Usual light food and cakes and hot and cold drinks. Including herbal teas.Vegetarian options: They do a (dry if you don't like ketchup) veggie sausage bap and panini's that are veggie. You have to look carefully at the label to tell it's the veggie one. They tend to run out by midday.
