Some trainee made the drink without supervision . I ordered large and got small drink. He forgot to top the drink with cream. Worst experience ever.

Nice friendly coffee shop in the middle of the city. A nice place to spend time in the middle of a busy day.

Cosy Nero placed on the middle of the busy London streets. Appreciated as it provides a restroom and baby changing facility which I did not found at the other Caffe Nero around the area .

Happy that I was able to find this branch of Caffe Nero in the city of London for some good coffee and tee. As expected, the atmosphere inside this coffee shop was very vibrant and relaxing and the staff was friendly.

Decent coffee shop but busy most weekdays particularly mornings. Plenty of other alternatives nearby if it's heaving.

Bad reception on EE, connection drops too much. Good coffee though.

Not too busy, good number of baristas

Being a regular here, its a constant annoyance and frustration to see and hear staff pushing a special alternative coffee blend to most customers without informing them of the 30p xtra it will cost them... I'm sure most do not appreciate that it costs more and not once have i heard the extra cost mentioned... Are they on commission I wonder...

Standard, as all Caffe Nero. 3 stars for ridiculously low air conditioning temperature. You can end up sick while outside 40degrees!!!

Friendly staff and handy location but suggest they hire more staff given the queues often move very slowly.

Ann Whelan

Comfortable seating, pleasant surrounds and quick service.

Incredibly kind staff and service. Had the breakfast sausage on ciabatta roll and I expected egg on it but maybe that’s the American in me. Still delicious! Again can’t overstate how pleasant the staff was.

Quite a small and intimate cafe. Hot chocolate and staff are great but no WiFi. The nearby Blacksheep Coffee, Starbucks or Pret are better for getting some work done
