It’s stressful being in here .Very long wait to be served , one toilet, also v long wait , always pee my pants a little !! ( don’ t we all) ?not enough chairs. No phone or internet signal. This is the worst place! The staff were awful, slow and with no care for you at all. There was a woman shouting at them but it didn’t move them; all it did was make customers like myself leave. I had spent enough time waiting to even be acknowledged! Awful.

The best espresso I have had in London, without a doubt. Nice and quiet place and for a reasonable price an adequate breakfast.
Excellent range and quality of hot and cold drinks, plus savoury snacks and cakes. The branch I visited near New Oxford Street is very convenient to pause your shopping trip.

Didn't try the food in this one, service was good but it's an awkward place seating wise. The tables are a bit too close to the counter for my taste. It means both the people seated as well as those ordering are inconvenienced.

Apart from the food and the atmosphere, we had an emergency accident while being in the café and the staff were so helpful and very careful until the ambulance arrived.Big thank to to the staff, specially the Algerian guy. Sorry that I can't remember his name ?.
