We went there the other as a dinner with my husband. Our first night for a very long time, so our expectations were very high and to be fair as per usual Marco just knew exactly what we needed every time we go out we go there and he serves us. He is just so attentive and delivers. I definitely recommend this place.

Unlawful policy.I made a reservation for two people on Wednesday at 10:00pm next day in the very morning 8:00am due to an emergency I called to cancel the booking. They charged me with 184£ for the cancellation. This restaurant is looking for a quick profit without taking care of clients satisfaction. In less that 8 hours between my booking and the cancellation they want to justify a loss. This is an abuse policy.I was calling to the restaurant the whole morning trying to cancel, afterwords I had a call from the manager he said to me he won’t refund me as I don’t respect people working in hospitality, I asked for a written confirmation of his response and he refused, insisting to rebook another day without giving me my money back and asking not to write a bad review.That’s why after the call I sent the email attached awaiting for his response. I haven’t received a written response yet. Attached is an screenshot of the call previous and the email, I sent.I asked him which loss had I cause to the restaurant during the period my reservation was active. From 10 pm to 8 am. He could not respond and refuses to refund me and making excuses. The management is horrible looking for a quick profit, with an abusive policy. Not recommended at all. Judges what you see , there are screenshots of the communications. His screenshot email is fake.

Been to this little gem for lunch. My only question is, "Why aren't these guys Michelin-starred?" Chef Gaetano made each dish outstanding. My absolute favorite were the pigeon and risotto. Marco paired each dish with a wide range of wines carefully selected from small producers all over the world. Good job, guys. Will see you soon.

This place is an absolutely RIP OFF! They have charged me £200 for cancelling a booking.Terrible service and staff avoid this restaurant unless you want to waste your money. I contacted the staff and explained to them that I cancelled my booking in advance due to an emergency but they charged me anyway and didn’t give an explanation, they were very rude and unpleasant. Please , before booking a table , be aware that they just want to steal your money !
