Food was nice for the most part. The stewed chicken was tender and flavourful. The rice and peas seemed a bit old and clumpy but tasted decent regardless. The jerk chicken and oxtail was also yummy. Now, I made the mistake of ordering 2 mac and cheeses and it was the worst mac and cheese I’ve ever had in my life. Such a shame cos the overall meal was nice. The mac and cheese was more like a cake. It tasted sweet and had a cake batter taste like they put vanilla and cinnamon in it… a big fat no.

I am a extremely fussy person when it come to my authentic jamaican food. I recently move to the area and every place I went food was rubbish. But this place ? jamaican food I cannot complaint anything except it being free lol joking, but this is a great jamaican food shop. Staff is friendly and polite, service is punctual and quick. This will be my new place to have jamaican take out.

Food was out of this world. Perfect seasoning and slow cook. Enjoyed our curried goat and jerk chicken dinners with coleslaw, dumplings, and plantain. The lady serving wasn't very 'customer friendly' (not at all rude, just slow and a bit unresponsive). Will definitely return and try out other things on the menu.

I’ve never been to a Caribbean place where you aren’t greeted with a bit of hostility and in which you expect and you also expect to be told the whole menu is sold out. But that is the opposite here, the staff are so polite and the food is incredible. The portion sizes are so big and the flavour and spice is amazing. Also take card machine which is great.
