Really enjoyed the experience tonight, the place had an amazing decor that made us feel quite comfortable. The quality of the food was good and they don’t hold back on the portions. We had a family shared platter. The staff were also very friendly and willing to go the distance to make us feel satisfied, so if you have any issues I’m sure they’re more than willing to go the extra mile. All in all a great experience!!

Visited Coban on Saturday night around 21:45. We ordered the taramasalata as a starter, a seafood mix as a starter. A lamb iskender and a lamb shish for the main. The starter arrived the seafood dish was nice. The taramasalata had way too much lemon and wasn’t pleasant to eat.The iskender arrived, this is by far the worst I have ever had. The doner was cut into tiny pieces, it was end cuts of dry meat that seems like it was sat out for a long time, there was bits of gristle or bone I was either crunching on or had to pick out. There were small chunks or fat which I couldn’t even tell what type of meat it was. The meat wasn’t fresh and it seemed like I was served left overs. The sauce on top should be a rich red sauce full of flavour, instead it was very watery and dripped down the sides of the plate. It was inedible, asked for a box to take away to be given to the animals at home. The lamb shish was not the best quality. Again, maybe it was the end of the night but seemed like we were served dry left overs. The lamb was diced into tiny pieces of meat which dried it out. Lamb should be served in chunks rather than a chopped which would dry out the meat.I will not be attending again very disappointed.
