Really nice interior and location next to the park, and they had a delightful live jazz band on while I was there. The duck spring roll was one of the nicest spring rolls I've ever had in my life, such an incredibly delicious, deep, duck flavour. Could have ordered ten! You could tell the duck consomme was delicious, but it was too salty and had an unusually deep bitter taste like it had been burnt. The poor waiter that carried the starter expected someone to be next to him to serve from the tray he was holding, but nobody was there when he turned round, so he had to serve it himself. This wasn't the only issue with service, I tried getting waiters' attention a couple times with no success to order more things. When the main arrived, I didn't have any cutlery so the unresponsive service meant I had to wait a while until I could get someone's attention again. The main was far too salty, to the point of being unpleasant, and even if I'd received my side dishes that never arrived, I'm not sure they'd have been able to counteract it. I don't like to complain, so it was very decent of the waiter to apologise unprompted to me at the end for the problems with service, and he removed the drink and olives from the bill without me even asking. I thanked him and raised the fact I never received my side either.Overall, it was a nice experience and very reasonably priced, every place can have an off day, so I'd be willing to try again.

We dined in this fabulous restaurant on Saturday lunchtime. My wife is disabled but she can walk on a stick (very slowly). The restaurant were aware of this before we arrived. A table was reserved for us by the door for a pre-meal drink and our table was reserved close to the entrance of the restaurant for us.The food was exceptional and the service nothing short of remarkable. We are well seasoned diners and this was one of the best culinary experiences we have had. Mr. Corrigan should be proud of his business and everyone that works in it.

Very good service and ambience. The food almost rated 5 stars but a couple of our party had a fish main course and found it slightly over seasoned. Overall though most of the food was excellent.

Absolutely superb from the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by the most courteous restaurant manager and his team! The food was to die for and so much too that we were all completely stuffed by the end! We had the pleasure of meeting the chefs and their excellent team too who work so incredibly hard to make your experience one to remember! We’d eat there every day if we didn’t live so far away! Thank you so much for such an incredible dining experience, one which we shall remember for a long time to come. Thank you and five stars is not enough to express our sincere gratitude!

Shocked at the bill. £235 for two with no alcohol. If the food was impeccable, I'd be less annoyed. However, my baked dover sole was both stale and over baked. I asked for no wine in the sauce, so I got no sauce. For an establishment like this, I'd expect the chef to russle up a suitable replacement, not just omit it. Made the dry, stale fish even more unpleasant. Won't be repeating the experience. Many more nice restaurants around.

Had an early table that had a time limit, which was a bit disappointing for an anniversary, but maybe I should have checked when I first phoned. Booked online, email received requiring credit card details (they wont take them over the phone), then further email response required 24 hrs before to confirm booking. Overkill for a booking for 2.On arrival we were virtually ignored for the first 10 mins so we flagged down a waiter, drinks took a further 10 minutes. No mention that it was a special occasion, or anything sent out (why ask if theres nothing made of it?) Food ok, but not anywhere as special as on a previous visit some years ago. The red was perfect, but the 1/2 bottle of Pierropan was half cooled when first presented and got noticeably cooler after being put in the ice bucket.Being a special occasion we were not on a budget - the 15% service charge bought the bill up to £479, and this wasnt a (with a couple of short taxi rides) anywhere near a £500 night out.

Amazing experience, food was out of this world and our waiter was very attentive to us. The hazelnut soufflé was one of the best.
