Server rolled eyes when sister asked for decaf. She is recovering from cancer and can’t manage caffeine yet. It left her feeling down when she had made such an effort to go out for the day. The shop sells decaf and staff have no right to act like that to customers. The coffee wasn’t even well made. Terrible.

Expectations exceeded - I wasn’t expecting much going in but left surprised. Coffee is actually decent. Bit of a weird atmosphere/setting on a Saturday morning but I was just there for the coffee.

It's been a while (like several weeks) since I dine in at costa. I forgot the only thing that I always order (which is the cortado) and the service crew help me remember it by narrowing the list of coffee based on the little information/description i gave. They are friendly too. Great experience!

Tall staff women dropping the milk not saying sorry and can’t speak proper English , asking her to say sorry in reply saying what’s the matter , you expecting us to say please but before you should say sorry you dropped the milk , you shouldn’t be working at this busy store manager should take action.

The best cortado coffee ☕ ever! Nobody else can make cortado like the ladies at this Costa shop!Their hot drinks are amazing!The staff are very friendly and nice. The shop is clean and very well kept.That is the place to go for a nice drink and snack!
