While traveling in England, I was craving coffee, so I ordered a latte with my younger brother, but sometimes it wasn't very tasty..Wonderful milk coffee..Next star Dinah Mactanult ChuWhy are they playing Indian music? Decent Costa next to Monument Station. Service is usually fast but 4 stars from me as there's been a few too many times where they haven't had the basics a good coffee shop should such as Hot Chocolate or any croissants at 10am!

Staff there can’t manage peak time, not first time a came here to have a nice chill moment, I ordered my coffee and staff forgot about my order and instead of flat white I revived latte with burn milk. Impossible to drink. Definitely I won’t be back there.

So I have tried this Costa numerous times and thought I just had a bad experience a couple of times, but seems no. The staff are friendly and polite, but the coffee quality is bad. For the past 3 visits all coffee milk was overheated. Even if you order warm they still reheat milk and overheat coffee. All times ordered cappuccino and all times basically you get lates or flat whites...
