I used to love this caffe and was visiting all the time when I was in London, today I was shocked how I was served, no plates no cups they put cake in the plate with plastic fork and plastic cup with cappuccino. Polish woman who was serving was extremely impatient, rude. Never going to come there again and would not recommend anyone to come there too. Shame on owner !

My co-workers and I entered a Costa coffee shop with the intention of purchasing a refreshing drink. Unfortunately, the lady who attended to us displayed a rather impolite demeanour. While she was multitasking, serving another customer while taking our order, her attempt to be efficient resulted in her getting our order wrong. One of my colleagues received her drink, only to realize that it was the incorrect size. Despite requesting a medium-sized drink, she was given a small one instead.When my colleague kindly pointed out the mistake to the lady who served us, she replied in a dismissive tone, stating, "You asked for a small, and that's what I charged you for." Instead of offering an apology, the lady's response was not only rude but also showed no willingness to rectify the situation. Furthermore, she added, "If you had wanted a medium, I would have charged you accordingly."In addition to the previous incident, I should mention that the lady serving us went further and accused my colleague of being mistaken about her initial order. Despite my colleague's clear recollection of asking for a medium-sized drink, the lady adamantly insisted that my colleague had requested a small drink and was at fault. This accusation only escalated the tension and left my colleague feeling frustrated and unheard.

Unbelievably, they close till number two without informing the customers in the queue, thus we had to switch to till number one and wait 10 minutes longer.

New barista (and only two times I visited lately)…likes touching everything, a lot, the part of the cup you will be sipping, uses his bear hand to squeeze the coffee…if you like the added natural vaccination experience, go for it.

Perfect coffee shop right next to my place of work
Good barristas and pretty nice coffee, although sometimes it might get quite busy. We're always arguing between us as to what coffee should we chose, as about half the people prefer Starbucks over costa. Nice customer service at both

Google says 24 hrs open i turn up there at 07:00 am it was all closed on Saturday which was ridiculous but i had a good morning walk though! I felt healthy

A typical visit to any Costa coffee shop involves at least one of these:- Sorry, we’ve run out of bread/toasted tea cakes etc. Sorry, we can’t add your bean points. It’s not working. Sorry, we only have take-away cups available. Sorry, it’s not available as the refrigerated shelf isn’t working. Etc. etc. etc. Pop into any McDonalds, Costa, to see how a franchise should be run.
