A busy branch of Costa Coffee with lots of visitors to Covent Garden dropping in. The diahwasher was not working when we went there, which gave extra work to the staff and longer queues, however they were very efficient and polite despite this. Also the Costa points could not be added, however I was told to keep the receiptband the points could be added later atcany branch.

Normally I enjoy Costa Coffee a lot. But this time the employee was incredibly impolite. I got myself a porridge to eat in, he let it explode in the microwave and put it - or what was left of it- quite rudely without a word on my plate. It was nearly half full and the cup was fully sticking with porrdige on the outside. There was just one other customer, so no stress in the store, and he still did not even cleaned it. So I asked for some paper to clean it myself and he was joking at me how many more papers I still want to have. He just threw me the papers on the plate. I was staying polite but this is no acceptable Service in any way! (It was tuesday, december 12th, 10 in the morning, he was about 29 or 30, no hair on the head but a slightly beard.)

Came here for a break in the constant rain. For a Costa it’s very chill and calm. Good vibes here! Nice sofas to chill on and some benches and chairs. If you want to use the toilet then you need a code which you can obtain at the bottom of your receipt. Nice chill vibe in crazy noisy London. Located not far from Covent Garden tube station.

The lady in charge today wearing Costa Club shirt is so nice and helpful. I found my bottle leaked out in my bag and got totally wet after I ordered my latte, she didn’t hesitate a bit to lend me a helping hand with tissues and humors, which deffo saved my day and relived my anxiety. Love her!!!!

Nice place to stop for a quiet break. Service calm and efficient (possibly annoying if you are in a rush, but nice if you want a calm atmosphere). Food and drinks are reliably good, as are the hygiene systems. The washrooms need a code (so reserved for customers) but were not very clean when we visited (which I guess just depends on who has visited before you—I don’t think staff can be blamed).

Very unprofessional and dirty and the staff have attitude talking to me in a bad manner for the one time I bought my lunch in to eat even though I still bought a drink from here and go here at least twice a day to buy coffee here and hold coffee meetings here with people up to 8 people the staff need to learn proper customer service and how to talk to customers in a certain manner . Very bad and badly run here the tables are always dirty a lot of the time I’ve had to clean the tables myself it’s a shame 3 years a go this shop had very friendly and professional staff not a anymore the manager guy with the bald head it’s obviously not running this shop well at all such a shame . I obviously will be complaining to head office too . Badly run . ?
