Not the first time when I experienced terrible customer service there but this time enough was enough. Very rude staff, refused to change my item to another one when I never opened it as also refused to do refund to me and when I asked to give my receipt because I want to write a complaint she told me write if you want it's your fault. Never ever back there again. I noticed that I am not the first one writing complaint about terrible customer service. I think management should pay more attention to this.

My favourite coffee shop. Surprisingly quiet for such a busy spot. Always come in the mornings for a coffee upstairs and the staff are really accommodating. Just great
