Every time I come in to get a latte or chai latte, the drink is always luke warm. It's never hot. Once I get to work, which is 30 seconds away, I have to pop it in the microwave. I just wish the hot drinks were hot. Granted, if I ever get tea, it's always pipping hot, which is great. But anything that is milk and needs to be heated, they never make it hot.Dietary restrictions: Great. They have non dairy milk.

Nice little Costa in Covent Garden. Pleasant staff & a relaxed atmosphere. Would return when we're back in that part of town!

Dropped relations off for 9.15 flight, check in at 7am. Web site says Costa open at 4.30am, but was still closed off at 7am. Asked a lady who was putting cakes out on counter what time they open and she said "7.40 ish"
