I had to leave a review as I'm changing jobs and won't be in this part of London again. I walk past 3 other Costa Coffees and a little out my way to come here in the morning. The team here are amazing, you can tell they have a regular clientele, and they care about what they do and the people they serve. I'll miss my visits here (PS I'm only in London at most once a week so I'm not a regular and I doubt they remember me, but I feel like they do)

Centrally located coffee shop just within distance of the Tower of London. I stopped by here after my visit to the Tower for a hot tea as it was a very cold morning and I needed to warm up. Quick and friendly service and not just for coffee/tea but you can also purchase little snacks and sandwiches to take while on the go.

Does what it says on the tin!! Pleasant staff and clean environment.

The manger is rude and will shout at customers over store policies that are not visible anywhere as if it's our fault for not knowing something. Very poor customer service honestly.

Visited here as it’s next to the Tower of London (and cheaper than eating in the tower) and just had a black tea and bacon bap. The service was excellent, bacon roll Cooked perfectly and it was so nice to have the tea in an actual teapot! Great view of the tower and able to sit outside too!

Very lovely staff but they hardly create a nice environment with all of the shouting of coffee orders (compare with the tech in Black Sheep opposite). Croissant was terrible and similar to a supermarket version. Espresso was below average but better than Pret nearby. Permanent queue when I was there. Perhaps this is what people want, but I am after a better experience for my £4.65. Not been in a Costa for > 2 years, I will continue my pursuit and patronage of independents for the occasional amazing experience.

Called in here about 9.00 on a Sunday morning before our tour of the Tower of London. There were 2 staff working and about 6 or 7 customers in front of us. It appears that the staff were not clued in. They were very slow. A couple in front of us left the shop without ordering. I ordered a coffee and had to ask twice for milk. I then had to remind one of the staff that I has a toasted sandwich in the toaster.
