The staff are too busy chit chatting in the back room to see people come in and walk out with food and not pay for it, staff also just watch people spill there drinks and not even off them a napkin, no hospitality skills or people. And pack up way before closing time, and playing there own music louder then the music that’s already playing

-Poor service-Food was meh-Drink had no chai flavour when I ordered a chai latte-Served in disposable option and not asked if sitting in which I was-Not many vegan food options-When disposing of rubbish the staff member said it was ok for me to put a drink in the bin that had ice in it when I wanted to empty it first so the bin had no liquid in it

Dreadful. Walked into this branch and into a brewing argument between the 2 front of house staff. There were a few customers present, and when I made my order of the morning meal deal and mistakenly chose a sandwich instead of a bap, the Eastern European lady who was serving me, rudely challenged me at the til to return the sandwich to the fridge...which I had intended to do once the sale was processed. She was giving off awful vibes, and I watched her while I was seated, go into the office section and proceed to scold her colleague! The noise was filtering into the cafe. They left the desk completely unmanned, meanwhile a lady came in to purchase a sandwich and stood there oblivious to what had occurred. I timed it...she waited no less than 5 minutes, when I decided to go to the desk, and let them know that while they were in the office arguing, this lady had been waiting patiently. The Eastern European woman, is seriously prejudicial...( it was not lost on me that both I, and the woman she was arguing with are people of colour) and her manner and tone were seriously discriminatory. I happen to live 1 minute away from this branch and would like @Costa to investigate this unacceptable behaviour

The white lady with the dark / dark red ish hair is so rude. Asked her for something she sighed,rolled her eyes and took a deep breath?? confused, bad customer service! I asked her for a cup of glass ( it’s free, every costa and Starbucks give it ) and she said she doesn’t allow it as if her dad owns the shop ??
