Our Very first time visiting this Cote in Turnham Green. Lovely area.The food ordered. One normal burger (for the daughter) the other was a vegan burger for me. The frites (fries) were over cooked, I didn't eat mine.We were the first ones in the restaurant so it was nice and quiet.The service initially, left alot to be desired. To the point we had to Ask for our food to be placed in front of us due to staff having chats with each other whilst holding our food! Also asking for our areas to be cleared.We ended up having a conversation with Matilda the Manager, who rectified the situation and made amends.We've been to many a Cote (Teddington, Richmond Twickenham) and have never experienced such poor service.Its sooo wrong to assume people of colour cannot afford to eat in such places! Never! Judge a book by its cover! My money is as good as the next customers! AND YES. that type of discrimination STILL HAPPENS!Would we return? Who knows!

Just want to write a review about the great service we had on Mothers’ Day. We had such a nice experience thanks to our waitress, Mariam. She really took care of us (two mums on the table for Mothers Day) and was great with our 3 year old daughter too. Really friendly and attentive service - thank you!

Like so many others, Chiswick is one of the best Cote brasseries. The service, food and atmosphere were excellent and it's worth meeting up with friends or family for something to eat, drink and enjoy!

Cote is always an enjoyable experience but Cote in Chiswick is by far my favourite. All our special occasions are celebrated at this Cote and we never have a bad experience. The staff are WONDERFUL! They are charismatic, friendly, helpful and kind - always going the extra mile to ensure we have a fantastic experience. The food is always delicious and served piping hot. Thank you for always looking after us ? ?Dietary restrictions: I have visited before with a gluten-free member of the party. She had a fantastic experience as there were many options that she could pick from. They also presented her food with little gluten free flags to ensure there was no mix up. It was a little touch but she loved it.
