I grabbed a large carrot juice to go and the service was very quick. Staff were incredibly nice and friendly, happy to partake in conversation as you wait for your order and also remind you of their loyalty point scheme which you can scan and earn freebies with. Will definitely be a regular here. Lots of drinks options, hot and cold food too to eat in or take away. Reasonable prices for the fresh and healthy quality of their products.Dietary restrictions: Lots of refined sugar free and low fat options. Many higher protein options alongside clearly labelled vegetarian and plant-based products too.

Great place for quick, healthy lunches while working in the city. I always try something different and it's always good, whether it's a wrap, toastie, salad or hot pot. Their chilled snacks, especially the granola and chocolate shortbread, are particularly good. The staff are always friendly, helpful and try to go the extra mile.The seating area is small, but everything is packaged well for taking away and eating on a bench or at a desk. Great stuff!

I wish I could give a 0.A very disappointing thing happened to me yesterday with one of the products you sell.I did buy a chicken and bacon caesar wrap yesterday on my lunch break from your bank store. Unfortunately after some bites i've realised that your bacon its actually raw, not undercooked but RAW. This caused me stomach irritation as i was vomiting and wasn't feeling well. Do you guys realise what you are selling?I did come at the shop after I’ve realised so I could speak with the manager and complain about my food but the shop was actually closed even if the working hours on the window differ.However my colleague did go to the shop this morning to speak with the manager on my behalf who he seemed to be very rude and his approach was just unacceptable.He said its the factory's fault because they take the food from there and they don't make it themselves at the actually store.That's just not right
