Complaints have been made to their complaint department, which advices I'll be in contact within 3days, it has been a month and still no reply.

Very poor service as a corporate client with new card. Card and all documents has been send to wrong address even the application form contained correct address. Would not recommend this bank took ages to contact them over the phone and then I have been put on hold for several times in our conversation and didn't managed to get my address changed as the lady probably doesn't know how to do so.
