“Lovely little cafe nearby various attractions.The food was affordable, and everyone was very welcoming. I ordered the tuna mix jacket potato, and oh! My God. It was massive. It could have fed 10 families. My husband got the egg burger and chips. Simple ingredients that make a fine and hearty meal. I'm sad I couldn't finish it. We just got off a long haul plane ride, so my stomach is still rough. Hopefully, next time, I'll be able to finish their jacket potato.”

“Staff were very friendly, food was amazing. The interacting game tables was fun while we waited (not that there was much waiting time). Would definitely recommend the red velvet waffles, will be coming back soon to try something else on the menu.”

“Butlers is a First Class dining experience! My husband & I had the good fortune to have breakfast included with our stay, and it was soooo delicious we ate there for 8 mornings in a row! I think we tried most of breakfast menu- each dish was lovely and service was excellent! We also went for dinner twice-- Rib Eye & Fillet Steak were tender, cooked perfectly and beautifully plated. 2nd dinner we had Hay Smoked Chicken & Jacob's Ladder Pie...SUPERB! (We didn't try the Dover Sole, but overheard two different tables who did compliment the Chef for a fabulous meal.)The staff is very professional and kind, going above and beyond to make it a memorable place to dine. Kudos to The Chef and staff--you ALL helped make our trip special!”

“Came across this place by accident and glad i didn't check the review before I ordered it.Wow wow wow the pork was melt in the mouth and very juicy. Perfect balance with the sauce and if you mix the chili sauce at the corner wow, it gave the dish an extra kick. Honestly, I've never had pork cooked this perfectly in London. Very impressed. The rice quality was great and cooked to perfection. Great portion size too.Will definitely return. Will have the BBQ rice box again. Can't wait.”

“Came here for a late dinner after the opera as it’s open 24 hours. Food was good and not too expensive for central London just under £20 pp inc service. I had the steak baguette with some cheesy chips, both of them were very tasty. Would defo return when next incredibly sleep deprived and needing food. Don’t be surprised to find the person on the table next to you fast asleep whilst still holding their burger.”

“Kuba made our experience 5 star. Kuba is GENUINE customer service. Honestly took care of each demand...given we were dining with 3 boys aged 7,7,10 & each having bespoke "requests". Even at the end Kuba grabbed us takeaway boxes and helped me take my condiments (Hippie sauce is life !) And I'd have been embarrassed but he kindly told us "the sauce pots have lids. Shall I get them if you want to take them with you" - that's the difference between good and the best customer service.”
