I do get the concept, its cool but the taste isn’t. Its very very porky, that taste and smell that remains in your mouth and in your hands.The buns are good. But, they put only some sauce on the grill while warming the pork, besides that its naked sauceless meat which is quite dry. This is not real pulled pork that’s usually swimming in sauce.The service is good. The brit guy needs to be nicer while the Italian guy is quite friendly.The buns look good, the food looks good but it’s a very small portion and pricey for what it is. I don’t understand the hype on social media. It was not worth it and I was a bit frustrated with my meal.I would not recommend if you are looking for real pulled pork bun unless you just want a grab and go meal and you dont mind about portion size and taste.I think that Spitalfields market food quality has dropped a lot. A lot of junk food, expensive and no quality whatsoever. For tourists only!

Absolutely love this place! The food is out of this world. Definitely a must go when visiting Spitalfields Market. Living close to this place is not good for my diet! Very nice staff too.

The brioche with pulled pork was a feast. Very well seasoned and cooked. The brioche had thick layer of meat and topped with jalapeños, onions and other sauces.It is quite a messy affair to east this sandwich. Will go again.
