Boyfriend and I bought a pizza and ate it in a nearby park, I basically ate my share of the pizza with garlic sauce and got sick whilst the bf was perfectly fine.Nearly ruined a perfect day out but was saved by a nearby Tesco stocking water and then got fruit at a random sainsburys in the city.

I was waiting to be served, but not one single member of staff had approched me to take my order, I was waiting around for five minutes, but staff were too busy doing other things than acknowledge me standing by the service counter. After five minutes of being ignored, I had walked out and brought my lunch elsewhere. There were a lot of staff working in Domino's that day, also there were a lot of staff passing the service counter, so I must have been invisible. So rude.

i hosted a party and one of my pizzas did not turn up, i called up to complain and they ridiculed me, stripped me of my dignity, and put the phone down on me. The gentleman that answered the phone said word for word ‘this is your response’ and put the phone down. I am fuming harrowed, and shellshocked, i have lost all faith in this company and am appalled by the experience i received. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE‼️‼️‼️‼️

Pizza was good, but workers got my name and toppings wrong.
I called them for an order. The employee who answered said that they couldn't hear me, despite me being in a quiet place. (I double the connection was an issue as I heard them clearly.) Once I finally was able to tell them my what I wanted, they told me they'd check with another employee - I waited for over two minutes with no updates, and they hung up on me. I don't mind the waiting, but 'no' would've been nice.Worst phone service ever - I would advise calling another Domino's location if you ever have an inquiry over the phone.
