my dining experience at duck and waffle was far from satisfactory, mainly because of the terrible service and overpriced food poor management - we were taken to the bar area to wait for our table, despite there being numerous empty seats inside the main dining area. This puzzling decision was quite frustrating, as we were left standing in a crowded and noisy atmosphere while other diners were being seated inside rude waiters- they seemed disinterested and inattentive, rarely checking on us or offering any recommendations. When we had questions about certain dishes on the menu, the staff appeared to be unfamiliar with their offerings. Lack of professionalism displayed by the waitstaff greatly diminished the enjoyment. average food- although decently prepared, the prices did not align with the quality of the food. We left feeling disappointed, realizing that we overpaid for an underwhelming dining experience. I regretted choosing this restaurant and believe there are much better options available in London that offer a more memorable dining experience. Never coming back. Disgusting.

Loved the atmosphere of this rooftop restaurant with incredible views of London. A local took us here vs the rooftop bars in the travel guides, and we thought it was amazing. It has a cool modern vibe, 360-degree view of London, and the drinks hit the spot. A plus, though we were there during normal hours, is that this place is open 24/7. I would love to go back at 3AM! Go!

After being stood up by my date, the staff at the bar of D&W could not have looked after me more. In particular, the manager, Sajin, really went above and beyond taking care of me. He ensured I was well looked after by personally attending to me and making sure I was OK after seeing how visibly upset I was. He then assured me that he and his staff would look after me which they thoroughly did. He was understanding, kind and compassionate - something my supposed date was not. Despite my distressful evening, I could not recommend Duck and Waffle enough. I have been to this bar and restaurant before and I can honestly say you will not be disappointed with wonderful food, drinks & even better staff lest we forget the amazing views! I cannot wait to return and next time without any tears but instead lots of cheers!

A fantastic time at the Duck & Waffle this afternoon. From the minute we got seated to the end of the meal was first class. Staff were welcoming, attentive and friendly. They were all excellent and special thanks to Amina and Ivan who served us today. They made the experience even better. Thank you so much to them all and Amina and Ivan. Keep inspiring! Views are fantastic and decor is perfect. The kitchen is fully open and d highly recommend this place. Thanks for the experience and we will be back 5 stars plus
