The food was great with reasonable price. Salmon bento is my go-to! Big portion.

Great little
Alimentary London
Given this is just a shack and the food isn't that expensive, when I tried to book a table they said there was a minimum charge of £25 per head. The person I planned to take doesn't have a huge appetite so this is absurd for an Oriental cafe.

It cannot be compared with the local ones in Japan. It can only be said to be a good choice for satisfying cravings. Don't expect too much from its cooking method and taste.

Not all Eat Tokyo are the same!!!Usually me and my partner prefer the Bond Street branch, but we decide this time to try the Coven Garden one as well. The queueing was not too bad, just 10 min. We were seated upstairs where the AC was fully on and almost every one of the clients were eating with their coats on.We ordered some sushi and some Bento Boxes which were so soggy and wet somehow...(the best thing I eat/drink that evening was the miso soup and the lemon tea) so not the best experience.

Love Eat Tokyo, Bento Box was great in Covent Gardens branch, although prefer the Hammersmith Branch for ambience and food arriving in the right order. Still fabulous quality of food. Did phone to book a table but was told to just arrive, I ended up queueing.....only for about 20 minutes though.

Fantastic! We found this place by chance, because it was one of the few that was still open after a musical, and it was a great success. All the sushi pieces were delicious and the waitress gave us great advice, phenomenal value for money!

The food is fabulous with so much choice. The menu is very extensive and their is certainly choice for everyone. The restaurant is quite basic and we were sat by the door which meant a cold draft every 5 minutes. But the food definitely made it a worthwhile visit. Little gem off the main drag of covent garden.
This used to be my favourite Japanese restaurant for many years however recentlyIt has really gone downhill. The tables are sticky and dirty, the toilets are disgusting and smell worse than public toilets. The staff have bad body odour and poor hygiene. The quality of the food has dropped as well and the sashimi and rolls didn’t taste as fresh as before. The worst part was the miso soup- we observed a member of staff collect our empty miso soup bowls, and without washing them first she refilled them and gave them to another customer at a different table. That is the poorest, most digusting thing I’ve ever witnessed in a restaurant.

Great food and great prices. The menu is really expansive, but each dish I have tried tastes like it was made with love a d care. Can be very busy and sometimes there is a short queue to get in, but it is definitely worth the wait

Extensive menu, which is great if you want lots of choices, though it can be overwhelming, especially if you’re starving and just a quick decision. Friendly staff but the service is slow - I guess it’s to do with size of the restaurant and how busy it is. Been several times with friends and I’ll definitely go back again.

My favourite eat Tokyo in London. I have visited all 3 on several occasions and this one is the best in my opinion. If you arrive during a busy period do expect to wait around 15 mins to be seated. It’s worth it though as the price to food ratio is brilliant. Try one of their bento boxes if you want a good mix of their offerings. The only thing that lets this place down is the restroom. It’s very cramped down there but hey, as Ally Wong said, if you find an asian restaurant with terrible restrooms, the food is probably banging.Pictures will follow when I next visit.
