It’s a very pretty place! Very friendly and pleasant waiter! My hot chocolate was very good, as well as the exotic fruit cake ❤️ the place is calm and relaxing

Very cute cafe near Trafaglar Square. The interior is nice and pink.

I had the chai latte and the croissant and they were both okay. The chai latte didn’t have a strong chai taste and the croissant was a little dry.

Strawberry cheesecake is a must! Love the vibe and place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Matcha latte is ok.

During my recent visit to Ella Mia in London, I had an overall positive experience. While the espresso was not exceptional, it was still of good quality and enjoyable. However, the desserts were the highlight of my visit. They complemented the espresso perfectly, offering a balanced sweetness that was not overpowering. In summary, Ella Mia is a suitable establishment for a coffee and dessert break within the city.

The chocolate hazelnut tart is a poem and the latte tastes wonderful!

Limited choice. No "sandwiches" because their not Italian? The staff member seemed to think it would be strange to sell them like that. Although the staff were very nice, informative,  patient and pleasant to speak to.
The rolls and savory items were all pre prepared so no adjustments can be made. The ham and cheese ciabatta Was not tasty. No flavour because of an over powering red sauce?
The ham was bland. Nothing with real flavour to enjoy.
For the cost its ridiculous
The ham and cheese croissant was toasted and very nice. Fresh pastry and it was a much nicer filling taste.
The coffee was ok. Nothing special sadly. Enjoyed the bottled lemonade made in Devon. Desserts look beautiful.
Pretty shop. Comfy pillows. Next to a lovely hotel. Off the main street. They do not take cash!! Yet again another shop joining the card brigade.
I like to give new places a try but I wouldnt return to this one.
