The hardest pancakes I’ve ever eaten, served within 2 minutes of sitting down. Clearly stale.

The best coffee shop in Belsize! I love the almond croissant, coffee is also very good. Coffee shop near the tube station.

I have been here quite a few times to get a latte on the way to work. Recently I noticed the cup has less and less in it. Today was the final straw. ? I couldn't taste the coffee and I paid £4.50 for half a cup of over sweetened water. It went down the sink and I will be going elsewhere in future.

lovely cafe, I recommend the veggie brunch. Staff are friendly and welcoming

Super-friendly and efficient manager and always-smiling staff make for a great atmosphere. On quieter days the back seating area is calm and restful. Sandwiches and savouries are exceptional as are the cakes (the company having its own bakery definitely helps.) Only downside (because I like it so much) is the relatively early closing time.

Walked 20 minutes to collect my too good to go, got there and they had cancelled it. Was still sausage rolls they could have given. Waste of everyone’s time

Very nice and beautiful place to enjoy a coffee or eat something.

Just about the worst bakery/coffee shop I’ve been in. Off-hand service. Dirty tables and floors. Offered scones with cream and jam, but didn’t have any cream. Most surprisingly, they had two prices on each item marked TA and EI. Coming from the US, I had no idea what this meant. The girl taking our order behind the counter didn’t know either. (Apparently, they stand for Eat In and Take Away)

A superb cafe experience. Lovely coffee and croissant. Sat outside and really enjoyed the easy atmos of this suburb. Great for people watching. Toilets were a bit dirty, but place itself and staff were lovely. Thank you.

Service always friendly here but £6 for this sandwich is an absolute disgrace even for London. Whoever managed to cut this brie so wafer thin deserves a promotion ? Single rasher of bacon as well is more Costa vibes than independent bakery.

Nice breakfast rolls. Interior is aging a bit, but I usually just take away or sit outside

Maybe the best masala chai latte I've had in London. Hats off to the barista here, and my sincere thanks for going above and beyond to make a fresh one for my acquaintance who got held up in traffic.5* coffee and service. Would definitely visit again. Thanks!

What a porridge! Delicious!!!I passed by this lovely cafe thousands times but never stopped. Sunday morning was the perfect moment for a healthy breakfast in the neighborhood. I went out earlier than usual so the place was still empty when I arrived (9:30 am). 15 minutes later it was full. Very nicely decorated and warm, good service, friendly environment. Recommended!

The staff and food are fine, but the dishwater has been out of order for the last two weeks. In the mean time customers have been served in take away cups etc.. Today my scone was handed to me in a paper bag along with a flimsy wooden knife to spread the clotted cream and jam. I wasn't even given a paper plate. The scone and the coffee cost me around £6.50! With that much profit you would expect that they could afford to buy another dishwasher! Alternatively, what's so terrible about doing the dishes by hand? It's not that busy. At least, if you're going to serve your customers with takeaway cups and cutlery, you should charge them takeaway prices. I don't see why they should bear the brunt of your incompetence. I notice that exactly the same complaint, broken dishwater, takeaway cups etc., was made in 2018.
