Ordered a takeaway and it never arrived.

Not sure what’s happened to this place but they should be closed down. Taking online orders when they’re actually closed…. Useless!

Horrible place. They forgot our order, 10 minutes past the delivery time we called them to check where was our food. They had no idea our order existed and told us it would be an extra 30 minutes. We then asked them to cancel the order as we could not wait that long (after already waiting 40 minutes since the order was placed). They refused to cancel our order, after multiple requests. In the end, they hung up the phone on us. Pizza showed up 1h later, with a wrong order and missing items from the original. We will follow up.

Hello,So we have been waiting now 1h and 29 minutes for our order, we called around 20 minutes ago to figure out what can be done and why our order was so late as it was for a party of people. The person on the phone told be that the chef will start the order as soon as possible and we just have to wait, which i think was not fair, so i told him that i would like to cancel my order which he was not happy about it. My husband asked him then if i can get a refund he hang up on us and now the restaurant is not responding to the phone calls.. not sure if this place is a joke or what.. but yeah thank you for the night

Ordered from these guys for years (10+) and they’ve been great. However….Something’s changed recently. Limited menu, no puddings. We order. Pay. Their website accepts our order. They then send an email saying they won’t fulfil our order. They provide a telephone number which doesn’t connect. So we order else where…Then the pizza arrives!! The delivery guy seems as baffled as we do, sees the email but ultimately provides no help other than taking a photo of the food and the email.And then the pizzas… no longer done as squares and whilst good not as good as previously - cheaper ingredients and smaller in size.What’s going on? Other ratings suggest this isn’t a one off. No confidence in ordering again. Real shame.

***DO NOT BUY***These guys are clearly out of business. Food arrived quickly but the quality was considerably worse than normal. Overly greasy and salty pizza, with poor quality toppings. It’s so shady, that the pizza arrived in non-Firezza boxes, and when we tried to contact someone, we realised the phone line was dead.

Do not order, the bussines seems to be closed, we paid online and no pizza received after more than an hour, no phone you can call... That wasn't like that before, so looks they crashed.

I was the head chef in these place, please don’t order food from any of Firezzaa because the business is in loss they use very cheep quality items and they don’t pay staff as well they owe me 1000£ shitt place to work and to order food

I ordered through Deliveroo, they accepted the order, after waiting for 1.5 hours, we went to pick pizzas up ourselves. So we found out that the place was closed.

Ordered and they confirmed and stole my money. No pizza has turned up with no phone line open to ring. Utter joke of a restaurant.

Terrible customer service. We received the wrong order for a corporate event despite double checking all my order details with Firezza & Firezza confirming receipt of my order. We were then charged for the incorrect order. When I tried to explain the situation the customer service was appalling and there was reluctance to charge us correctly. Will not be ordering pizza from here again.

Do something with the quality ASAP☝️☝️☝️Whole family has been most loyal customer many years in Battersea but after covid quality went downhill. Dry rubber dough (before many years was our favourite), minimum cheese and very little pepperoni despite double up. AWFUL taste. Bye bye Battersea Firezza , are you dead forever ?

I ordered pizza couple of times and I always enjoyed it. This time was a big dissapointment. Pizza came cold and on the top of it, you forgot potatoe wedges. The taste was not the same as I remember.

I ordered a pizza meal on Friday night around 23.50 ,tried to call them because the website said the food should have arrived 00.29,after so many calls the day after I received a call in which they said they never received the order,then that they received the payment but not the order ,at the end the found the order and they asked me to send it the day after for lunch after I remained without dinner with a complementary pizza added,I received the order half an hour late and the pizza was dry and cold,the coke was diet instead of the normal I ordered,please if you order late from their website make sure they get the order if you don't wanna wait the day after.
