Don’t know what’s happened to firezza but pizza was 1 hour late and was almost inedible. Used to order the truffle mushroom one which was delicious but even that’s gone downhill.Pizza when it arrived was undercooked dough with hardly any topping. Had to throw it away. Never ever again.Zero passion, zero care, zero skill.

This place used to be good, not now. 1/2 the order did not turn up, the wedges were off, the toppings on the pizza were the meanest ever. I think these guys are scamming it. & it was very late

This place is a SCAM, there is nobody there, they take your money for order & it never shows up, then the say it’s been delivered! If you want to throw ur money away then order a pizza that never turns up, plus you cannot contact them, ITS A SCAM

What on earth happened to this place?! I used to order regularly but it's completely changed. My last order was just bad. Somehow the dough was undercooked while the top was burnt.I also think the base was a pre bought one - it wasn't at all like it used to be. It looked factory made a store bought.Such a shame, but just won't be going back.

Avoid at all costs.Pizzas were an hour late, no courtesy call to update us. And when we tried to call the restaurant our calls were not answered even after waiting for over 20mins.Pizzas were average at best.I would not recommend this store or establishment to anyone.

Absolutely awful. Ordered food, apparently order was completed, food was never delivered after over an hour. When called refused a refund, no answer as to whether food was returned to restaurant (apparently rider called three times, we were in the house with doorbell working, phone in hand.)Do not order from here unless you want to go hungry AND they take and keep your money.

After two hours they said that they had just left and would be here in 5 minutes. After 2 and a half hours when we were still waiting I phoned again and they said that the pizza had already been delivered 10 minutes ago and refused to refund me when I explained I hadn't received them. I phoned them numerous times but they refuse to believe me. Absolute fraudsters.

Absolutely Shameful!!! I ordered an ice cream but once the order arrived at home I received two portions of chicken wings!!! Ridiculous. I promptly called the restaurant to ask for explanations and they justified themselves by replying that they didn't have ice cream available so they decided to send me two portions of chicken wings without even calling me in advance to ask me if I agreed. Almost as if there was no big difference between ice cream and chicken wings!!! On the other hand, after apologizing over the phone to remedy the mistake, two disgusting portions of frozen tiramisu were sent to me. As for the pizza, nothing special!!! You'd be better off looking elsewhere. Never again!!!

I placed an order online at 5.50pm and it said the pizza would be with us in 30 minutes. When it hadn’t arrived at 6.30pm I called only to hear that they hadn’t even started preparing the order but they would do so now. I called back 20 minutes later and the order was still not being prepared. I asked for a refund and they told me that they don’t do refunds. I have now placed an order at a different restaurant as I have hungry children who need to eat. Stay away from this place. They lie about the delivery time and have terrible customer service. I wish I had read read some of the other reviews on Tripadvisor before placing my order today. Clearly this is the standard practice at this place.
