A restaurant located in London and easy to access the iconic place from there. Food and drink are amazing. There are different cuisine in one restaurant and you will be available to order upon your request. My favorite dish was English Breakfast. Highly recommend and must visit . Friendly staff and clean

We went to Frankie and Bennys having had a previous nice meal a few weeks earlier but what a mistake we made! The drinks order took ages to be taken, and then a further long delay for them to be served. Once our food order had finally been taken, the wait wasn't too long. When we received the meals one was stone cold including cold meat, then another was varying temperatures dependent on what mouthful was taken at the time. When flagged to the first staff member he couldn't really care and asked "what do you want me to do?", eventually a replacement meal was offered. When the replacement meal was given this was still cold and when we spoke to staff she was apologetic and offered to replace again but we had a theatre show to go to. The meal was taken off the bill but it ruined the evening. Unfortunately the meal that was so wrong was my husbands, who's birthday we were celebrating. I will never go back to this restaurant with the fact that most staff just cared about you paying and getting out for the next bodies to get in. Truly disappointing and a waste of money.

Atta is absolutely the best one in the world!! Such a wonderful, smiley person! :) He was super helpful and food was delicious We enjoyed every moment, especially it was a birthday of our family member. ❤️Thank you Atta! ❤️

Delicious family style restaurant! The food is not terrific but feels like a meal I would eat at Christmas dinner. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and would definitely bring my family there again.

Large portions, service was slowish, food was good.They tell you to sign up for coupons... Free garlic bread? NO you must buy a full entrée when you get there. 3 course meal deal? NO can only use one coupon at a time. I had amazing Lasagna and Baked potatoes. My Boyfriend had the burger and got some sort of food poisoning when we returned to the hotel. That was the only food we ate differently and he was violently ill hours later from the beef. Dessert was really good.

Really the best place we’ve been eating on our Holiday in London. Great staff, really American vibe on service (keeps checking in if all good or anything needed). Food was great from starter to dessert. We went on the Strand, London spot. Would come back when we visit London!
Family friendly restaurant with a very reasonable price point. Food was fairly plain but good. Service very friendly but also slow. This would be a great place to bring a large family group with small children.

Atta was amazing! Such a sweetheart, took care of a huge party of us (13 people) and checked up on us constantly, and got the food out to us really quickly. Truly made our night- a very friendly, homey atmosphere was made because of him. Recommend this place for the wonderful service!

Not good, food bland and no flavour. Expected much better. Would not recommend! Chicken parmigiana looks like a kids meal, slice of sandwich ham on top of chicken. Ribs poor, little sauce. Upgraded chips not worth the value.
