Waited 20 mins to be seated a further 10 for order to be taken. Waited 35 mins for breakfast and orange juice. Nothing served. A waste of an hour of my time, running late for train so had to leave without consuming even a drink.Not the poor lady who was the waiter of the days fault. She was alone with no help.Cannot believe the lack of staffing for a busy area in london or that the restaurant would allow one lady to have all the pressure of serving about 50 people!Will not be wasting my time here again

We were there a few days ago to have breakfast. It's a nice place, somewhat reminiscent of Denny's Diner in the USA. The service was there, but not really helpful, as he didn't make any effort to explain the concept of the restaurant to us. The food, however, was delicious, especially the English breakfast was great.They have a small buffet that you could always go back to for about £3.50 more. The ambience was fine. The toilet is in the hotel opposite. You should be prepared to be accompanied by some "contemptuous" looks if you want to go to the toilet there.

We went in when I was 15, we ate celebrating my 33rd birthday, slightly slow service.The owner was incredibly obnoxious and seemed annoyed that we had allergies (nuts and garlic).Pretty good food.Overpriced for the quality of service.

Great burger, huge portion of fish and chips, great grilled chicken. We've been there twice, but we'll definitely go back for dinner next time. Very nice service, extremely short waiting time. It's worth the drive, even if it's a few metro stops away. I recommend.
