We had soup and sourdough bread. The soup was piping hot but I'm not sure it was only cauliflower. Seemed to taste a bit like Jerusalem artichokes but regardless it was very tasty and piping hot. Sad they only have one toilet. Not really adequate at busy times.

Disappointing, waitress not gracious or hello or anything, the bagels were dry and the cookies were hard, too expensive for what it is!! We do not recommend this establishment!! Not very clean either…

Annka team leader at this branch is the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered at Gail’s. I’m a regular customer and on two of the occasions I’ve visited this branch her customer service has been so negative and rude. I ordered an iced latte and she slammed my drink down on the counter top with a miserable look on her face. Very poor service. Looking at other reviews on this store it’s clear that she has also behaved like this toward other customers as well. It’s such a shame because we love Gail’s and people travel far and wide to visit Gail’s stores.

This is my new favourite place to eat in London, discovered when I was in Notting Hill for the day. Had the vegan squash and sage sandwich and a honey cake and it's the best sandwich I've ever had. Staff are really friendly and service is quick! Ended up going back to different restaurants throughout my stay in London and everything was delicious. Already looking forward to going back when I'm in London again. Even ended up buying the cookbook to recreate some recipes at home!Vegetarian options: There are quite a few veggie options and even vegan ones and everything was so good, squash and sage sandwich and the avocado mini sandwich are highlights.

Used to be great coffee. Not anymore. Not properly trained Barista’s now so coffee making is thoughtless, without skill and made without care by rushed staff. Not as friendly either. Been coming for ages - do it better- you used to be terrific .
Quite a lot of processed food, only has one toilet that was out of order. Wouldn’t recommend.

Super busy, slow and rude service. Wait in line for 30 minutes to order a scone and coffee. Coffee and scone still good when they actually listen o how you want it done. But there are so many amazing places in the area. Not sure why people continue to flock here ?
