Customer service and hygiene conditions are not good compared to other Gail shops.

Waiter was unnecessarily rude and had attitude for no reason and kept rolling his eyes when id ask the most basic questions like can i have a vanilla shot please :(

Popped in here for a quick breakfast while stuck in traffic. Very pleasant staff and gorgeous food. Definitely try the sausage roll! Quality produce and excellent taste. Highly recommend.

I come here quite often but no more. The staff are invariably surly, as though customer service is a bit of a bore. Go to Monmouth Street coffee and see how it should be done. The food is very good but I would argue overpriced and the coffee is not as good as it could be. The tables are often left in a mess and customers clear away themselves. They’ve had my 3 strikes and I’m out.

Charming place. Local, tasty, high quality! Strongly recommended. ❤️

Employees need to be trained to adequately keep hygiene standards. I come here often & recently employees do everything with the same blue gloves on, including touching pastries without tongs, after working with same gloves on tills etc. disgusting.

I just love the sausage roll at Gail’s. This Gail’s has lots of seating in the back which is great with

Always like GAILS food and atmosphere but this branch has bad customer service. Most days there's too long of a wait to order and pay for take out, and if you come during the weekend arm yourself with a lot of patience.

Hi Gail’s,I go to your coffee shops / bakery every day for my oat milk latte. It was a real treat to me. Creamy delicious and great froth. But now you have changed to Moma oat milk that treat has turned into a nightmare. Flat, gloopy and a really sweet synthetic aftertaste. I really think I’ll be moving elsewhere unless you do something about this hideous oat milk brand. Please go back to oatly, it makes a far superior oat milk latte flat white!ThanksA very upset Hugh

Gail's is one of the best bakery in London and I have been going to Queens Park one for the last 5 years. All most all of products are top notch specially seeded bread.I wish they could have continued with scrambled eggs on toast for take away but post crone not avaible!!Parking: Parking is easily available on side roads and main road as well.

I moved to Queens Park 1 month ago. The first time I went to gails, I bought a ham and cheese croissant. It is so delicious that I find myself buying ham and cheese croissant almost every day, the employees are polite, the best croissants I have ever eaten are in gails :) we love gails, thank you!

The jasmine tea was very nice. The flourless chocolate cake was good but felt heavier than usual, maybe overcooked, not sure exactly. The staff there is nice and the seating area is quite spacious.

Had an issue with my pastry and discreetly informed their team member, Raz (bald guy). He took immediate remedial action and was extremely apologetic about it. Things happen but the how they react to it is important. In thia case they did all that they could, and that deserves positive mention.

As always perfect cinnamon rolls, the avocado salmon buns, unique Chai latte with oats milk...honestly next level

if you crave for expensive coffee to go, misunderstandings at the counter, someone throwing your 6 pound cake into a paper bag and you carying your stuff to your table yourself, this is the perfect place to be.Still, the cakes are delicious, try the no-flour chocolate cake.
