Great friendly and attentive customer service. I was so impressed by the range of breakfast options including several vegetarian options or make your own. A great atmosphere, delicious food and a comfortable space to sit and eat. A must visit!

I would give this place a zero if I could!! My 2 year old and I arrived today at 11.15am (Tuesday) so not peak time!! The staff were chatting to each other and it took a while for them to come and take my order. Then I waited 25minutes for my food. It NEVER arrived and during these 25mins the staff were just looking at me and watch me wait for my food. I have NEVER had to wait 25mins for a burger and chips before so I went up to the desk to ask for an update and when they didn’t have anything to say so I told them to cancel my order. They had served 4 other people who arrived after me and they offered no apology for my long wait. They offered a take away to which I declined. They offered no explanation for not making my food but instead looking at me and watching me wait. I felt extremely uncomfortable with them watching me wait as if I was going to them for free food! I have never received such appalling service before. I’m cross with myself for wasting so much time waiting for food that wasn’t even made! I will definitely not be going here again!!!

Great place and food at a good price.We go here whenever we are in carshalton. The staff are friendly and helpful.Kid-friendliness: We went with a eight week old grandson and family and felt very comfortable along with other families enjoying the restaurant.Parking: There is a small car park opposite the restaurant and also some on street parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: There is easy access as the restaurant is on the ground floor and they staff are happy to make space we're needed for wheelchairs push chairs etc. There is also a small outside seating area in front.Dietary restrictions: They checked that we had no allergies and there where plenty of vegetarian options available.
