Just had a delivery of my lunch to my work place the food had turned up here I’ve cold after waiting for an hour also the Coke bottle which I’ve paid £2,69 for something which was previously opened and now is flat without any gas.Trying to Save your stock will cost you in the long run not happy.

Ordered from this restaurant today, the food arrived 40 minutes after the initial estimated time. Once the food arrived it was completely cold and at an overall poor quality. I was told no compensation would be made and rudely hung up on by the restaurant. I can’t understand why a restaurant would send out food at such a poor standard and take a customers money. Absolutely gutted to have spend my money here.

The bread is crispy. I like the first hot bites of beef, after which a metallic taste like reheated chicken. Originality of red cabbage inside. Lighter sandwich. But the fries would be homemade, that would be the best. The mango passion punch drink has a taste of coloring or sweetener since it is sugar-free and in principle artificial.Toilets should be cleaned several times during the day and properly. The kitchen appears clean on the contrary.Wheelchair accessibility: Lockable PRM WC.

AVOID!!! The order never arrived. It was the day of the riders strike but there was no notice on the website. They let me believe the order would come in the next 25 min and they only cancelled it 2 hours later and still they charged me for it. WHAT A SCAM. On the day of the order when I called the restaurant they said to call Uber Eats despite the fact that the order was placed directly with them on their website. I will not go into the details of how unhelpful Uber Eats was here. Still they didn't bother to apologise or compensate. Plus it is fraud to charge someone without providing a service!!!

I wish I read the reviews before I went. I usually order from Croydon branch and food is always good. Passed by Sutton and can not believe how bad this place is! The kebab meat was so thin and old it was crunchy and inedible . The salad was not fresh when I put the light on I then saw a squiggly line of hair on the meat. ? I literally threw it straight in the bin. Beware of Ur safety do not eat here I'm feeling sick and getting a stomach ache from the little I ate and now seen reviews of them handling food with their bare hands ?

Amazing food , amazing experience, also they have a really hot worker there who's customer service is top tier , I would definitely go back because of his care and welcoming nature . He helped us put trash away and stayed respectful even when my friend spilled her drink all over the floor . We were really satisfied ,thank

Vero small portion so I asked for extra and paid £2.50 more, expecting more meat but they ripped me off and filled the box with extra chips and same amount of meat. Stingy people definitely not worth the price.

GDK food is generally nice.But service was poor. We ended up not buying food here. On Friday night 12th January, they had “run out of veal” and were only offering mixed. However, we were talking to one customer assistant and another rudely interrupted and told us to look at the screen at the number of orders. My wife was simply asking a question about why no veal doner was available.We will choose to avoid sutton GDK going forward on account of rude customer service.
Ordered 3 donor boxes with chips & salad. Once home, discovered only 1 box actually had salad inside.

Was decent nothing to blow my socks off, anyway let me get to the main point of why I am writing this review: I am very disappointed over the placement of the lights on top of the table. I'm not very tall yet I hit my head on it TWICE. This is a shambles. Please move it higher. (To be honest it did feel good to hit my head on it because it made me feel tall for once in my life). Anyway, make sure to not get the salad box if you want a lot of meat, go for the cheesy Fries box :|

Gave them 3 chances to fix it. Ordered extra meat with donar salad box. They just added more salad and gave it. Not take away, I ate inside. And still they did this. There is a limit how stingy someone can be. There is no reason for them to have extra 2 pound charge when it's the same amount they add. Absolutely ridiculous. Not coming here again.
