Great, I suggest everyone (non-veg lovers) to try the chicken pizza ?, it's delicious.Mostly you can't find this at the display, but you place the order at the counter and they prepare it in 8-10mins.

Greggs is usually really good. Unfortunately on this visit, I felt that I was bothering the server and apologised for only ordering a tea and a coffee. Despite looking quite sincere about me being there and bothering him, the server couldn't care less and perhaps Greggs should provide an easier job role for him in order to accommodate his job expectations.

Can't go wrong with a Gregg's lunch. Availability can be questionable however.

A very busy place service slow. People picking stuff up putting it ack 5 mins later doors not shut properly on food counters. Prices really

On Wednesday (14.02) had an awful experience at this Greggs. The member of staff that took my order didn't know how to apply the Octopus codes for coffee. He was rude calling me 'stubborn' and argued until my sausage roll got cold and a queue grew behind me.Please train your staff better!

The women serving us was extremely rude I have autism and anxiety so I was anxious to go up to the counter and she kept repeating " hi how can I help" over and over aggressively, then when I got my food she didn't even say id that it so I had to wait and I asked "excuse me could I have some mayo" and she says "excuse me could I have some mayo PLEASE" that was an extremely rude and bad experience I want her dealt with directly, as this has upset my day and made me have a meltdown down

Theresa is the worst worker you could get as greggs. The attitude of her is crazy, she is being very rude to all the customers, but expects them to be nice to her. Every time I come to this branch my mood becomes worse because of her. I am not sure why person like her is still working there, but this needs to get fixed.

Excellent service. Loved the food and coffee. Special mention to Namratta who was very caring and helpful.

The attitude of one of the workers is appalling and manages to ruin people’s day with her disgusting attitude; Theresa. She has been repeatedly rude to many customers, screaming at people to get out of the way, leave the shop, called me stupid, given my friends dirty looks for ordering a breakfast item at midday then proceeding to insult the customer under her breath, has called approached and verbally attacked customers who’ve sat in the cafe after order to take away (in this specific anecdote, the customers did not speak english, and were very confused when she tried to kick them out the cafe. She showed no remorse for her actions. She humiliated a customer who couldn’t quite decide what to order by giving them dirty looks, and looking round questioningly at other customers. She then spoke badly about this customer to those waiting in-line, while he was still in the cafe waiting for his coffee. One day she even shouted at customers for standing in the shop and kicked me out of the shop for waiting with my friend to get her drink. Overall she has just been awful, cannot stand this woman. She should be sacked for bad attitude, remarkable lack of respect for others, and upsetting other bystanders who just feel sorry for the victims of her character.

Usually love a Greggs tuna baguette but I was just half way through one and saw that whoever made it had pressed their chewing gum into the baguette. Absolutely disgusting! Avoid this branch at all costs!

I was told this was go to place to enjoy the fast food version of the UK's penchant for stuffing meat into pastry. I ordered a few things to try which were all very reasonably priced but as I tried each one (sausage roll, steak pie, some cheesy bread thing) I could see why: nothing was that tasty or satisfying. At the very least with fast food you're expecting something that is fattening, bad for you, maybe a bit greasy but worth it for the calorie decadence you're subjecting yourself to. Here there's not much of that really - it's just pretty basic meat pasteries that you can find at any convenience shop. The space doesn't exactly feel comfortable to spend time in either.

Sausage rolls are excellent but some of the workers are so rude! Teach customer service please!!! The old ladies are wonderful however! Just the younger ones, this morning at 8am, 13th October! Terrible

Love the sausage rolls. Just wish I could get a dash of tomato sauce to go with it. It's hard to get cheap hot food in London on the go, and this totally ticks the box for me.Actually I've never had anything other than the sausage roll from Greggs. I have always been satisfied with them and never wanted to try anything else.Greggs is becoming a UK institution, providing cheap good food to Britain. If only there were more of them, especially with this cost of living crisis. The staff were super friendly. It was pretty warm in here and I felt sorry for the lady behind the counter as it was a humid summer's day. There's a few public seating bits in front of the store and it is a pleasant thoroughfare. This store is convenient if you are on the southern end of Covent Garden. If you've never been to a Greggs, I do recommend it!
